Shipping is always FREE for orders over $47.00
If the total for your order is $47.00 or more, shipping is free to any location in the continental United States.

For orders under $47.00 shipping is only $5.95
If the total for your order is under $47.00, shipping is only $5.95 to any location in the continental United States.

Free Same-day Delivery for Houston Customers
Customers in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area are eligible for free same-day delivery on orders placed before noon. Orders for destinations outside the 20-mile radius from EIS headquarters will be shipped and received the next business day.

38 Regional Distribution Centers
With 38 Regional Distribution Centers, most orders will arrive within 1-3 business days. All orders placed before 12 noon CST will ship on the same day.

All orders placed before 12 noon CST are sent the same day. After that time, orders will be sent immediately the next day. Unfortunately we do not ship on Saturdays. Therefore, orders received after 12 noon CST on Friday and the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Back-Ordered Items
All products will be sent immediately after order is placed. If an item(s) is on back order, we will send the in stock item(s) first and then ship another package for your back ordered item(s).

Combining Orders
Since our packages are sent from three different warehouses, some orders may not be combined. Please check with one of our representatives to verify if combining orders is possible.

AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses
Unfortunately, EIS Office Solutions is currently unable to ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses.

Cancelling Your Order
We are happy to cancel any orders that have not already been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the item(s) by sending the shipment back to our office and we will credit your account. For more information, please refer to our return policy.
