  • I am a new customer to EIS Office Solutions. How do I begin?

    Answer: You may add items at any time to your shopping cart.  If you would like to check out or add items to your wishlist, please create an account using your email address.

  • How do I create a new account?

    Answer: Click on 'login' or 'My Account' and proceed with the link 'Create New Account.'  Enter your email address, first name, last name, telephone number, and password as well as your billing and shipping information and press 'Create Account.'

  • Must I have an account to check out?

    Answer: Yes. You are required to have an account with EIS Office Solutions in order to purchase items.

  • May I create an account during checkout?

    Answer: Yes. Click on 'Checkout Now' and proceed with the link 'Register & Checkout.'  Enter your email address, first name, last name, telephone number, and password as well as your billing and shipping information and press 'Create Account & Continue Checkout.'

  • How do I locate the right replacement cartridge for my printer?

    Answer: If you know the cartridge number, simply type it into the search box and hit enter.  If you do not know your cartridge number, open your printer and locate the cartridge.  This number is usually printed on the label.  You may also search by printer brand.

  • What does OEM stand for?

    Answer: OEM is an abbreviation for 'Original Equipment Manufacturer.' When you see a product on our site that says OEM, that means that it is one of the "name-brand" cartridges from Canon, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, etc.

  • What is a compatible cartridge?

    Answer: Compatible cartridges are brand new generic cartridges, designed to meet or exceed the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications and high standards of quality. They are 100% brand new and are an economical alternative to expensive name-brand cartridges and supplies. The use of compatible generic replacement cartridges will not void your printer warranty, and each of these products is fully guaranteed.

  • What can I do if I ordered the wrong cartridge?

    Answer: If you realize immediately that your order is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Center. If the product hasn't already shipped, we will help you cancel the original order and place a new one. If your order has shipped, or you receive your order and realize it is the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service Center to make arrangements for the return.
